The Sons of Hodir
The Sons of Hodir is a faction of war-like frost giants based within The Storm Peaks, at Dun Niffelem. It is similar to the Therazane faction in that it requires the player to quest through most of a zone before being accessible, and grants shoulder enchants as a reputation reward.

There is only one quest hub for the Sons of Hodir: Dun Niffelem in eastern Storm Peaks.
Reputation
Quests:The quest chain
They Took Our Men!, began by Gretchen Fizzlespark in K3 within The Storm Peaks, begins the path of reputation for the Sons of Hodir. It will take about an hour or so of questing to reach Neutral and Sibling Rivalry. You can then get to about Honored or so from dungeon and non-daily quests by Dun Niffelem.
Dailies: There are a maximum of six dailies with the Sons of Hodir. More dailies become available as reputation increases. They are: Hot and Cold, Blowing Hodir's Horn, Polishing the Helm, Spy Hunter (requires Honored), Thrusting Hodir's Spear (requires Honored), Feeding Arngrim (requires Revered).
Everfrost Chip: Scattered around eastern Storm Peaks are Everfrost Chip. They work similar to
Netherwing Egg--they spawn in random locations and you can turn in as many as you find per day for reputation. Completing Remember Everfrost! gives 350 base reputation per turn-in. Requires Friendly to loot.
Relic of Ulduar: Relic of Ulduar can be repeatedly turned in for Hodir's Tribute, which grants 650 base reputation. They drop throughout Storm Peaks, Halls of Lightning, and Halls of Stone. They are also BoE, so can be purchased on the AH.

Sons of Hodir Commendation Badge can be purchased from Legacy Justice Quartermasters in Northrend for (Currency #395) x16.
Rewards
Lillehoff sells shoulder enchants at Honored and Exalted which are BoA.
He also sells several mounts:
Reins of the Ice Mammoth/ Reins of the Ice Mammoth at Revered for 1,000 and the three-seater mount Reins of the Grand Ice Mammoth/ Reins of the Grand Ice Mammoth at Exalted for 10,000. These grant the achievements Ice Mammoth and Grand Ice Mammoth respectively.
